<image:title>Drawings and Hypothetical Sculptures - 7-Hour Mile (Lockdown Choreography Map)</image:title>
<image:caption>Proposal, October 2021. Dimensions are for the proposed full-size installation made of bent wood and custom hardware. During the winter of 2020/2021, I often went several days without leaving my apartment. I decided to start tracking my own restricted movements using GPS. This piece is an absurd documentation of my individual steps during a day of “sheltering in place.” I aim to record the frustration of our atrophied spheres of existence during the pandemic, and the anomaly of our collective focus on increments of distance. I hope to also communicate a sense of obsessive behavior and overzealous record-keeping, amplified by persistent anxiety.</image:caption>
